Pool Time!

During a break in the storms we hit the pool.

Happy Birthday-Graduation Daddy!

Friday, June 21 marked a big day in Matt's life - his birthday AND his residency graduation.  

We are incredibly proud of him for all of his hard work and dedication 

in becoming an excellent physician.

The next day we went to a family campout at Joeli's house. This was a great trial run for Temu as we're camping in Cape Cod this coming week.

On Wisconsin!

We had a great week-long visit to Wisconsin - to the big city, Madison, 

and to the countryside, Hartland!

Wisco June 2013

last day of school

Today was the last day of school for Temu...for the academic year - he'll start back up again next week for the summer session!  

Here he is on the first day of school and again today - three cheers for a great year at Sunnyside! 

berry pickin'

After school Temu and mama went to a strawberry farm to pick some berries.  Temu loves strawberries and farms so this was going to be a great little field trip. Temu was a very good picker although he ate most of what he picked.

Eight+ quarts of berries got us 3 batches of jam, strawberry sauce for ice cream, frozen berries for dessert treats, snack for Temu's preschool class, and many more straight in the tummy!
